1. Fixed a bug where loading from Reaper was not performed properly on the Mac version.

2. Fixed a bug that caused an error when using a path containing Japanese characters in the following APIs:

・AZ_Wwise_CreateSoundSFX

・AZ_Wwise_CreateSoundVoice

・AZ_Wwise_ImportAudioFile

・AZ_Wwise_GetStateModificationFromFile

・AZ_Excel_OpenFile

・AZ_Excel_CreateDocument

・AZ_Excel_SaveDocument

3. Fixed a bug where AZ_Wwise_GetStateModification was not executed correctly on the Mac version.

4. The version of the included SWS library has been changed to 2.12.1.3.
