第 1 条(目的)

この利用規約(以下「本規約」といいます。)は、株式会社AZSTOKE(以下「当社」といいます。)が運営するフィールド収録スタジオ「SKYSQUARE」(以下「本施設」といいます。)を利用するユーザーに適用されます。ユーザーは、本規約に同意の上、本施設を利用します。


第 2 条(実績公開の同意)

  1. 本施設は音響制作の技術向上および制作手法の探求を目的として運営されているため、本施設を利用した制作実績として、ユーザーの「企業名(屋号)」を公開することを必須条件とします。ユーザーが本施設の利用予約を行った時点で、当社がウェブサイト、IR資料等において当該実績(企業名)を公開することに同意したものとみなします。

  2. 前項にかかわらず、本施設を利用して制作されたプロジェクトの「作品タイトル」および「詳細な制作内容」の公開については任意とします。当社としては業界発展のため積極的な情報公開を推奨しておりますが、ユーザー側の広報戦略や機密保持の方針に基づき、これらを非公開とすることを妨げません。


第 3 条(利用条件および予約)

  1. 本施設の品質維持およびセッティングの専門性を担保するため、予約は原則として5時間以上から承ります。5時間未満の短時間収録には対応いたしません。

  2. 本施設の利用にあたっては、安全管理および機材運用のために、当社より必ず3名のスタッフが同行し、立ち会うものとします。


第 4 条(施設利用に含まれる内容)

本施設の利用料金には、以下の項目が含まれます。

(1) SKYSQUARE全区域の土地の利用

(2) 電気およびインターネットの利用

(3) 当社所有のマイク、レコーダー、PC(ユーザーによる持ち込みも可)の利用

(4) 無線機およびインカムの利用

(5) フォーリー部材の利用

(6) 電動工具利用(ただし、第5条の定めに従うものとします)


第 5 条(専門作業および資格)

重機操作、玉掛け、チェーンソーの操作、溶接作業その他法令により資格を要する作業については、当該資格を所持している当社スタッフのみが行うものとし、ユーザー自身がこれを行うことはできません。


第 6 条(収録成果物および料金の精算)

  1. 屋外フィールドの特性上、天候、交通状況、野生生物(鳥等)の鳴き声等の環境要因により、収録数や成果物の内容が増減する可能性がありますが、当社はこれについて一切の保証をしません。

  2. 収録の結果、成果物の数が想定を下回った場合であっても、利用料金の減額は行いません。また、想定を上回る成果物が得られた場合であっても、追加費用の請求は行いません。

  3. 本施設の利用料金は時間単位の見積りに基づくため、延長が発生しない限り、別途「残業代」としての追加費用は発生しないものとします。


第 7 条(施設設備に関する免責)

本施設には現時点で水洗式トイレが設置されておりません。災害用トイレに準ずる仕様の設備を提供しておりますが、ユーザーはこれを確認し、承諾した上で利用するものとします。


第 8 条(キャンセルポリシー)

予約確定後のユーザー都合によるキャンセルについては、以下の通りキャンセル料を申し受けます。なお、営業日とは土日祝日を除く当社営業日を指します。

(1) 5営業日前までのキャンセル:費用負担なし

(2) 4営業日前のキャンセル:見積額の30%

(3) 3営業日前のキャンセル:見積額の50%

(4) 2営業日前のキャンセル:見積額の80%

(5) 前日および当日のキャンセル:見積額の100%


第 9 条(準用規定)

本規約に定めのない事項(知的財産権、禁止事項、解除、非保証・免責、損害賠償、反社会的勢力の排除、準拠法、合意管轄等)については、当社が別途定める「サービス利用規約」の規定を準用するものとします。

AZSTOKE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy") regarding the handling of personal information of those who use our company's services (hereinafter referred to as "users"), and has promoted the protection of personal information by building a system for protecting personal information, making all employees aware of the importance of protecting personal information, and thoroughly implementing such measures.

  7. To request cooperation in surveys and interviews regarding the Service, to request participation in various events, and to report the results, etc.

  9. Provision of personal information to companies participating in events hosted by our company, based on the user's consent or application.

  10. To identify users who have violated the terms of use or who are attempting to use the service for fraudulent or improper purposes, and to refuse such use

 

Article 3 (Use of Cookies, etc.)

  1. The Company may use cookies and other information gathering modules (hereinafter referred to as "Cookies") to obtain information on users' access to the Service, browsing information, etc., for the purpose of analyzing access to the Service. Please note that this information obtained through cookies (hereinafter referred to as "Cookie Information") does not include information that can identify or specify the user on its own.

  2. Users can set the use of cookies, etc. on this service. If users do not permit the use of cookies, etc., they can disable cookies, etc. in their browser settings, etc. However, disabling cookies, etc. may reduce the convenience of this service or limit the scope of use of the services provided by this service.

  3. We will use cookie information for the purpose of operating, maintaining and improving the quality of our Service, as well as for the development and improvement of our products and services, and for delivering advertisements tailored to users' usage of our Service.

 

Article 4 (Management and protection of personal information)

In such cases, we will thoroughly examine the suitability of the third party, stipulate matters related to confidentiality obligations in the contract, and provide necessary and appropriate supervision of the third party.

A user or a user's representative may, in accordance with the procedures specified by our company, request notification of the purpose of use of retained personal data that identifies the user, disclosure of retained personal data or records of provision to a third party, correction, addition, or deletion of the contents of retained personal data, and suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to a third party of retained personal data. Article 7 (Procedure for changing the privacy policy)

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the product, cancellation is not possible. In addition, refunds and pro rata calculations will not be made for cancellations midway through the contract.

Response in case of non-compliance with contract

1. If you are unable to view or download the product, we will investigate and take appropriate action. If the product defect is not resolved or if the product is found to be non-compliant with the contract, we will cancel your payment within 10 days of the purchase date. Please note that any costs incurred in this case (communication costs) will be borne by the customer.

2. In the event of a malfunction specific to the customer's environment, we shall have no obligation to provide support.
