This year's AZSTOKE will be approached with three methods: [booth exhibition] and [participation in two regular sessions].

At CEDEC 2026, one of Japan's largest conferences , the full scope of new information that AZSTOKE will be presenting has been revealed. This time, AZSTOKE will be presenting a large volume of content, including a booth exhibit and two regular session appearances.

The highlight of the regular sessions is the practical insights gained from "large-scale Foley recording" sessions, which pursue dynamic sound.

And now, taking a step further from previous DAW automation, we have the latest update information for "RIGDOCKS," which has finally achieved support for Unreal Engine 5.

We'd like to share the evolution of RIGDOCKS, two years after its initial announcement in 2024.

The second session information that was released this time is

[UE5 x RIGDOCKS] Building a proprietary system! The next generation of audio workflow starting with 'SKYSQUARE'.

CEDEC2026 Day 3, 60-minute Regular Session

Date: Friday, July 24, 2026

Location: Venue 12

Time: 16:40-17:40

Speakers: Kentaro Nakajima, Yoshiki Sakaguchi

▼Session Content

Our proprietary API, "RIGDOCKS," has entered a new phase with its support for UE5 Blueprints.

Blueprint enables intuitive system construction, evolving into a powerful development platform that quickly creates a variety of "dedicated tools" tailored to the requirements of each game title.

Leveraging this exceptional tool development capability, our current challenge is to realize an "outdoor remote recording system" that controls "SKYSQUARE," Japan's first outdoor Foley field, from outdoors.

As an example of the unprecedented recording environments made possible by SKYSQUARE, we will unveil dynamic sound approaches using the new elements of "tree felling," "fireworks," and "ice," and present a concept for a dedicated tool that allows for intuitive operation of these intricate and potentially dangerous diverse recordings from outdoors.

We will discuss how to use SKYSQUARE to capture the overwhelming physical energy emanating from nature, and the future roadmap for innovative approaches to safe and easy outdoor recording.
