This is Nakajima from AZSTOKE Co., Ltd.

It's the purpose of this project.

Since it is difficult to travel from Tokyo to Yamanashi every time, I live in three locations.

It takes approximately two hours from our Setagaya office in Tokyo to SKYSQUARE.

It's a pain to travel there every time, and hotels have become quite expensive recently, so I can't stay in a hotel every day. I thought I needed a temporary place to stay, so I went to a real estate agency and decided to rent a special apartment.

If I'm looking for a rental property that can accommodate multiple people, I'll want a reasonable number of rooms, so I'll take that into consideration when looking.

If I have an apartment, I can use it to accommodate guests, so I'll keep that in mind when looking for a place.

1. Consider the appropriate distance

There is a mountain path from Koshu City to SKYSQUARE that takes about 30 minutes. I thought that would be just right, and I thought it would be good to have an apartment in Koshu City near the bottom of the mountain. The reality is that there is nothing closer than that.

2. Good Room Net Isawa Branch

After making various inquiries, Iiheya.net was the one that responded the fastest, so I decided to have them look for me. The response was very quick, and since I was looking for something urgently, I was very grateful for the speed.

The real estate agent who handled my case was a former member of the Self-Defense Forces, and had made a career change to a completely different industry.

It was also very enjoyable to hear about his previous work experiences.

3. There are few properties in Koshu City

First, I would like to have the property introduced to me.

To begin with, there are few properties in Koshu City... Since it's not like Tokyo or Osaka, you don't have a wide selection, you have to choose from a limited number of properties, or rather, there aren't any at all...

However, since it was the time of year when people were moving out due to the end of the fiscal year, there was only one available. Only one available... Well, it's only natural since I was looking for an apartment in that area, but if this one is good, that's fine, so I'll go and see it first.

So I decided to go and take a look.

4. View the property

When I went to see it, I confirmed that it was a 2LDK with 3 rooms that could be separated by doors. There was no problem with the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, there was a washing machine, and there was also a balcony. It was designed so that multiple people could stay and have separate privacy.

That doesn't seem to be a problem either.

This would be a nice place to have wine in the evening when you have guests over.

I could imagine it and it was exciting.

This is the place for me!! I decided in a matter of seconds.

5. Fastest contract

After this, you will return to the real estate agency to complete the contract procedures.

What was good about this was that when making a corporate contract, if the capital exceeds 10 million yen, you do not need to use a guarantor company, and since my capital was set at 10 million yen, this was useful. In addition, the online contract method for Yamanashi real estate was quite popular, which was extremely convenient.

When I signed a real estate contract in Tokyo, the conditions were terrible - you couldn't do it online, you could only pay by bank transfer - and to be honest it was a real pain, but this nice room in Yamanashi was fully online and the situation has evolved so much that I was surprised to see that the Tokyo real estate agent was still using a much older procedure!!!

For now, the contract has been completed without any problems, and it seems that the results of the screening will be returned at a later date and the move-in procedures will begin. It will be screened, so it should be fine. This contract is a corporate contract, and it is treated as my company housing, but I will use it flexibly and help develop SKYSQUARE.

6. I will move in.

I was told that the review would take two weeks, but the next day I received a call from the real estate agency saying, "Your application was approved."

Huh already? So fast!!!

Nice room. The internet speed is amazing.

For now, I paid the initial fee and completed the procedure, and the contract was successfully completed.

We are finally able to move in!!!

I now live in three locations (Tokyo, Osaka, and Yamanashi), so I want to be able to do my normal work anywhere.

During my stay in Yamanashi, I will be carrying out development work at SKYSQUARE in the mornings and on weekends.

7. Work with the staff

We moved in and there was work that required male help, so we asked them to come in on Saturdays and stay overnight to do the work. Since three people were staying in the apartment to do the work, renting a hotel would cost about 30,000 yen, so it was definitely cheaper to live in an apartment!! There is no check-in or check-out, so it's very convenient!! This will make work at SKYSQUARE go even faster.
